Curricula for the College of Business degree programs reflect the most recent advances in business education designed to produce graduates who have achieved specific learning goals for entry into and advancement within the business professions.
The College's curricula conform to requirements set forth in Florida statutes, State University System of Florida regulations, University of West Florida policies and procedures, and AACSB International standards and guidelines.

Additionally, the College reviews its curricula in relation to those for the other public universities in Florida and to those for selected institutions the College has identified as peer institutions or peer aspirant institutions.
Course Descriptions and Syllabi
Course descriptions are available through the course descriptions section of the online UWF Catalog and the online Course Search system.
Instructors are expected to provide to students in their classes and to the department chair a comprehensive syllabus for each course taught. Although it is understood that the format of syllabi may vary from department to department and from instructor to instructor, it is recommended that syllabi contain the following information:

Curriculum Change Requests
Curricular changes are proposed through the University's Curriculum Change Request process with reviews and approvals in the following sequence:
