Annual Maintenance Reports
Annual Maintenance Reports are updates to the strategic management plan and provide information on the management of the planning process. The annual report consists of the following elements:
- Progress Update: A description of progress over the previous year on existing action items.
- Priority Update: A description of updated action items for the immediate future. The relevance of these action items to the mission should be either obvious or explained.

Fifth-Year Maintenance of Accreditation Report
The Fifth-Year Maintenance of Accreditation Report (PDF) is submitted to AACSB International and the Peer Review Team not later than 60 days prior to the Peer Review Team's site visit. The documentation of the Fifth-Year Maintenance Report (business and accounting) should include the following essential elements:
- Situational Analysis: A brief analysis that enables the Peer Review Team to understand the context within which the applicant operates.
- Mission Statement: a statement that includes all degree programs defined in the scope of accreditation.
- Strategic Management Planning Process: A description of the strategic management planning process of the applicant.
- Assessment Tools and Procedures: A brief statement of learning goals for each degree program, along with a list of the assessment tools, procedures, and results used to demonstrate progress toward an achievement of the mission. What are the most recent outcomes from the assessments, and what is the impact on the program offerings relative to Assurance of Learning?
- Financial Strategies: Description of the school's action items and financial plans to achieve the school's action items.
- New Degree Programs: A list of degree programs introduced since the previous accreditation review.
- Faculty Qualifications, Deployment, and Intellectual Contributions: Includes completed tables on faculty sufficiency and faculty qualifications.

In addition to the reports prepared for AACSB International accreditation, the College submits an annual report to the University including:
- Summary Report on Status of Strategic Goals and Objectives.
- Summary Report on Assessment of Student Learning.
- Major Unit Accomplishments and Changes in Programs and Services.
- Distinguished Individual (Faculty, Staff, and Students) Accomplishments.
- Strategic Planning Goals/Objectives (for the following year).
- Strategic Planning Goals/Objectives (for the following five-year period).
